WORKOUTS

We provide the following services

Individual workouts are for those players who want to work by themselves with a coach. This type of workout allows the coach to prepare a series of drills that are specifically tailored to the individual and their skills. 

Individuals

Small group workouts consist of 2-4 people in total. They are perfect for anyone who wants to workout with a friend or a few of their friends. 

Small Group (2-4)

Team training is for a group of 10+. This session is more focused on the team aspects of basketball with a lot of team shooting drills, teaching of defensive principles, and scrimmaging in both the half and full court.
